Running Club

Running club works to promote good choices for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.  Participants can use a combination of walking, running, and speed walking, to reach the finish line.  The goal is to finish feeling proud!!  Our program will build up to a final 5k race.  We will have warm-ups and workouts which encourage emotional, social, mental, physical well being. Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in April with a final race at the end of May.
